Local Centers of Distance Communications (LCDC) are created in educational and other institutions of Ukraine. They
provide organizational and methodological support for SumDU distance education (in Ukraine and other countries).
Main LCDC functions:
organizational and methodological support for distance education (both in Ukraine and other countries);
organizational and technical support of students’ consultation by LCDC, CEDPL and SumDU specialists (via audio and video channels);
initial briefing of distance education for SumDU students;
technical support of the educational process in terms of how to use distance technologies as to current requirements.
